Ticket Noise, it might as well be the title of a scary movie.  Nothing slows down good techs then noise in the ticket boards, that noise either has to be closed, deleted, or looked at and if you get too much noise it can lead to legitimate tickets being labeled as Noise, and then the clients are lost looking for help - or a new IT Vendor.
