Biography:
Scott R. Davis is a seasoned information technology and cybersecurity leader with over 25 years of experience. His expertise spans leadership, compliance, and business continuity, having successfully managed the cybersecurity posture of more than 200 organizations. Scott is highly skilled in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CSF, CIS, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, as well as cloud services, network infrastructure, and IT strategy. He is a sought-after speaker, educator, and consultant, delivering presentations and insights globally.
Scott has held diverse leadership roles, including Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Adjunct Professor, Director of Operations, and vCIO, with a track record of driving innovation and excellence. As the Chairman of the Cybersecurity Association of Pennsylvania, Scott leads initiatives to advance cybersecurity awareness and education. He has also contributed to shaping the next generation of IT professionals through his role on advisory committees and as a professor, mentoring students in cybersecurity, cloud services, and networking.
Scott resides in Central Pennsylvania with his wife Kelly and their three children.
